1 Mile Fun Run
5K Run
Milford Memories 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run is on the Sunday morning of Milford Memories.
Entry Fees:
1 Mile Fun Run - $15 until 8/11. Day of race $20
5K:
$35 - through June 30th (guaranteed a t-shirt)
$40 - 7/1 - 8/10 (t-shirt if supplies are available)
$45 - Day of the race (no t-shirt)
Packet pick up for the 5K will be at;
Team Rehab - 8/6 - 8/8 from 12PM - 4PM
Carls Family YMCA - 8/9 from 3PM - 8PM
Carls Family YMCA - 8/10 from 9AM - 2PM

Hosted by Huron Valley Recreation & Community Education
Divisions for boys and girls; includes pool play and playoffs.
Tournament will be held rain or shine!
All games will be played at Muir Middle School! (NEW LOCATION)
Cost: Cost per team-$200 / max 10 players

Early Morning Fitness
Get your festival off on the right foot with some Early Morning Fitness at Milford Memories! All Early Morning Fitness events to be held at the the LaFontaine Family Amphitheater - Central Park

Hosted by Method Barre/Zenergy
8 a.m.
Bring a mat and yourself for a full body workout to tone and sculpt. This class will include body weight work, plyometric work and kickboxing.
Saturday
Hosted by Carl's Family YMCA
8 a.m.
Join your favorite instructors from the Carls Family YMCA for 90 minutes of sweat and smiles! Dance your way to happiness with Dance Fitness, fight through with Les Mills BodyCombat, and get stronger with StrongNation. End the morning with some yoga and you'll be ready to take on the festival!
Corn Hole Tournament
Rock Climbing Tower
Sponsored by: Oakland County Parks
The Climbing Tower stands 25 feet upright and simulates rock climbing. A safety harness and helmet are provided and must be used.
Some other rules and regulations are:
- Shoes and socks must be worn
- Maximum weight 250 lbs.
- Minimum height 4 ft.
- Great for fitness -- improves strength, flexibility and cardiovascular circulation
The wall will operate on:
Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a .m. - 5 p.m.
